Do you ship Indian clothing and jewelry across the USA?

Yes! We ship our entire collection of sarees, lehengas, jewelry, and accessories anywhere in the USA. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within Tennessee and 5-7 business days for other states. Express shipping is available for urgent orders.

Can I visit your showroom in Memphis?

Absolutely! Our Memphis showroom showcases our complete collection. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for a personalized shopping experience. We're open Monday-Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

What types of Indian events do you plan?

We specialize in traditional Indian weddings, engagement ceremonies, baby showers (godh bharai), naming ceremonies, birthday parties, and festival celebrations like Diwali and Holi. We handle everything from decor to coordination for the Indian community in Memphis and surrounding areas.

Do you offer custom tailoring for sarees and lehengas?

Yes, we provide custom tailoring and fitting services. Our expert tailors can adjust blouses, petticoats, and lehenga cholis to ensure a perfect fit. Alterations typically take 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy for jewelry and clothing?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging with tags intact. Custom-tailored items and jewelry are eligible for exchange only. Please refer to our detailed return policy or contact us for specific cases.

Do you rent lehengas or jewelry for special occasions?

Currently, we focus on selling our premium collection. However, we offer flexible payment plans for high-value items. Contact us to discuss payment options that suit your budget.

Can you help plan Indian weddings outside of Memphis?

Yes! While we're based in Memphis, we provide event planning services throughout Tennessee and can travel to neighboring states for large events. Additional travel fees may apply based on location.

Do you source directly from India?

Yes, we work directly with skilled artisans and established workshops in India to bring authentic, high-quality fashion and jewelry to the Indian diaspora in USA. Each piece is carefully selected for its craftsmanship and design.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Stripe payments. For large orders or event planning services, we also offer payment plans. Cash payments are accepted at our Memphis showroom.

How far in advance should I book event planning services?

For Indian weddings, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For smaller events like birthday parties or baby showers, 2-3 months advance booking is sufficient. During peak wedding season (April-June, September-December), earlier booking is advisable.
